i wrote a paper in my first yr of college about a conspiracy ive had since i was 13 that Porphyria's Lover by Robert Browning is describing an opioid overdose. it was a good paper. learning neuroanatomy/pharmacology has further solidified my theory and i will forever die on that hill.

anyway a professor urged me to apply for disability in my uni and convinced me that ptsd *is* a disability. now i have an accomodations letter to give to all future profs explaining that i might need extensions thruout the sem due to frequent ptsd episodes and time for recovery so... thanks prof:)

read my last psych visit summary and found out im not only diagnosed w PTSD but also MDD and GAD... she also included an active eating disorder diagnosis bc apparently i still exhibit symptoms (thought i recovered 8 yrs ago but i had to work thru it by myself bc i didnt have support to seek therapy)

Y’all… we got STICKERS. I’ve wanted to make good stickers for YEARS, and the convention coming up finally gave me a good enough reason to spend the money to get some made. I will absolutely be making more designs in the future! These are for the con, but I will put leftovers up in my shop after!

a friend came to me for (non-professional) MH advice. they said they struggled w anxiety but had tried 3 different anti-depressants. they are still taking the 3rd, along w a new anti-depressant (as a supplement). all have barely made a difference.
