Thus weaponising the appeal of community and women’s empowerment that people are longing for. But once they’re in that all fades away and it’s no longer about coming together as women but as having something to define their womanhood against.

That’s how they get people. Acting like discrimination against trans women is just common sense, that no ‘real’ woman would ever disagree with, so don’t worry about that, just come to our women’s group, we have biscuits and tea and we can talk about the menopause!
