The oncoanalyser workflow handles FASTQs from WGS T/N, exomes, panels and tumour-only sequence analysis and runs the gamut of analysis: SNVs, CNVs, SVs, mutational signatures, HLA typing, tissue of origin prediction and more. It can also make use of optional RNA to augment the final report. (3/5)
