Why, oh why do some people think it is OK to watch videos on their phone without headphones in public transport?! 3 inconsiderate travellers in my carriage are making doing any work or just having a quiet minute totally impossible!

Thames Water fined £18.2m for 'unjustified' £131.3m dividend to shareholders.

At the same time OFWAT allows Thames to hike customer bills by 35%.

Capital raised from customers who will own nothing, shareholders will get returns.

In retaliation for advertising being added to the programmes I already pay a subscription for, I have decided to avoid all the products and services featured. A bit sad as the Waitrose Xmas dessert looks quite nice ... on your heads be it!
