Bay's a plainsfolk lalafell who mains RDM (+AST & PLD) so i think the dex and int helps with the finesse and magic of RDM
Ali's a highlander who mains MNK so the high str and vit helps
I think these are accurate to how they fight

In case you're like me and completely forgot about it, xiv races have their own starting attributes (that completely don't matter).
Does your WoL/OC fit to their assigned stats with their personality/main Job choice? Or did they end up completely different from this imposed stereotype?
