made some improvements to the rig! noticed the IK was often getting over extended as it climbed slopes so I added some logic to offset the torso position in order to relax the leg IK #indiedev

a submarine in my game navigating it's way out of a cave using raycast 'whisker' avoidance

honestly shocked it managed to do it considering it has no knowledge of the level geometry besides what it sees via raycasts around it

my game's 'over the shoulder' aiming camera is now Long Boi certified and uses the bounding box of your sub to prevent it from obscuring the view

been a while since i did a submarine game update - i'm working on interior spaces, here's a wip explorable shipwreck

my rendering doesn't support shadows so i had to resort to ✨trickery✨ to get a dark interior 😅
