I'm starting from the position of "it can't be DNS" because the records haven't changed, the server IP is the same, and the reverse proxy configuration has not changed. There's no reason it should be DNS.

The flip is that consuming another vampire is obviously cannibalism of some sort, but I'm not up enough on my vampire lore to determine if a vampire would be able to drive sustenance from consumption of another vampire. Do vampires have blood?

"Is a vampire a human" is kind the crux to answering this in the straightforward sense, I think, because cannibalism is defined by Merriam-Webster as "one who eats the flesh of its own kind." For a vampire to commit cannibalism while eating it's pretty, it would also have to be a human.

i'd adore if freelancer managed to get a proper PC re-release, even if it's just in the original state, that way I'd have a reasonable way to tell people to play it instead of "yeah it's abandonware you can find a disc image easily"
