Het Kabinet gaat een staatsbedrijf oprichten voor de bouw en exploitatie van kerncentrales. Want ‘Marktpartijen zijn niet bereid om een kerncentrale volledig voor eigen risico te bouwen en te exploiteren.’

The societal damage done by a tonne of CO₂ emitted is now estimated to be $283 = €270. The current EU CO₂ price is just €63: the polluter pays 23%, the rest of the world pays 77%.
