In pottery news I've been having fun making these Xmas trees! The colours will be much brighter once fired & they'll have tea lights inside

Enjoying playing with paper slip transfer on my latest pots. Will probably go for a satin transparent glaze rather than a glossy one

Great to take part in the Poole and East Dorset Art society exhibition.
They had very little 3D stuff so I offered to fill the empty display cabinets with my pottery 🙂

I jumped in & bought myself a cheap pottery wheel which actually doesn't do a bad job!

We're down in your part of the world again this weekend. Campervanning on the Rame peninsula. New area for us, feels quite remote from other areas.

Distant slightly fuzzy osprey shots from Lytchett Bay the other day. At least 4 of them putting on a great display.
A lot of them migrating south through Poole Harbour at the moment so we’ll be heading out later to catch some more

Been dithering over whether to buy a camper van for ages. This week we jumped in & got one a friend was selling. Enjoyed our first evening out in it, eating supper in the most gorgeous location!

Looks lovely, just sat enjoying a cider I my hand-made tankard by our pond. Loads of work to do in the garden though, so won't be able to resist jumping up to do some weeding!
