It's the Seasonal Reposting Competition! Repost this over the weekend, and on Sunday one lucky person will win a signed copy of one of my books. For you or the #crossword addict in your life: 50 fiendish @theguardian.com #puzzles and all the stories behind them:

In pottery news I've been having fun making these Xmas trees! The colours will be much brighter once fired & they'll have tea lights inside

This clip from @theMSguide.com touched a nerve this morning. My neuro can seem dismissive of symptoms like fatigue & cog fog. I know I do pretty well for an MSer but there’s so much he doesn’t see. I get a different attitude from the MS nurses fortunately.

It’s #MSFriday & I’m reminded that MS is all about enjoying the good days & accepting the rubbish ones.
Life has to be taking it as comes & building in rest & recovery time.

Enjoying playing with paper slip transfer on my latest pots. Will probably go for a satin transparent glaze rather than a glossy one

Great to take part in the Poole and East Dorset Art society exhibition.
They had very little 3D stuff so I offered to fill the empty display cabinets with my pottery 🙂

I jumped in & bought myself a cheap pottery wheel which actually doesn't do a bad job!
Playing with mugs & handles....

Very happy to get back to pottery classes this week.
Straight back on the wheel & a new technique to try - double walled pots!

🧠 Are you affected by a neurodegenerative condition such as #dementia, #parkinsons, #MS or #MND?

📋 Have you had a Social Care Needs Assessment or Carer's Needs Assessment?

🗣️You could take part in an interview to share your experience.

Distant slightly fuzzy osprey shots from Lytchett Bay the other day. At least 4 of them putting on a great display.
A lot of them migrating south through Poole Harbour at the moment so we’ll be heading out later to catch some more

For #MSFriday this week, my experience of #MS & anti-virals:

I tested +ve earlier this week & was prescribed paxlovid, but none to be found anywhere. Same story with the only alternative, molnupiravir🤷🏻‍♀️

Worrying situation for MS patients but luckily my symptoms haven’t been bad & I’m on the mend 🙂

Good to be part of this group & great to meet in person this week!
Looking forward to getting involved in more future projects - so important to have our voices valued by those influencing policy.

How’s your #MSFriday shaping up?
I’m in recovery mode (ie quiet day pottering at home then feet up with wine….) after a trip to London for a @denpru-qm.bsky.social meeting. Great to meet the team in person & feeling positive about involvement in research projects ahead.

Been dithering over whether to buy a camper van for ages. This week we jumped in & got one a friend was selling. Enjoyed our first evening out in it, eating supper in the most gorgeous location!
