Read this letter. I so often have clients ask me what it looks like to be transparent and vulnerable with employees when life is a freaking shitshow and I would say this is a stellar example. I worry she won’t be in this role for much longer but I this is inclusive leadership in action.

I find it utterly fascinating and disturbing knowing that for these billionaires, they know that the amount of goodwill, cred, and lifetime kudos they could get by paying in one fell swoop for every LA (and elsewhere) gofundme, neighborhood rebuild, infrastructure restoration, etc. (1/2)

I can’t believe this needs saying but if you have colleagues, direct reports, students, etc who are dealing with any kind of issue whether it’s the fires in LA, a death in the family, whatever- please don’t approach things with a ‘business as usual’ attitude.
