In the customs line at the Rome airport, levels were slightly better than at JFK. We are still not quite in the "good" range with readings of 1050 and 1121 ppm.

I suspected that in the air would be cleaner air, but my readings hovered in the 1300s throughout the flight, which is very close to the unhealthy 1400+ range (but an improvement from on the ground)

The worst levels were when we boarded the plane and were waiting for take off. We hit 1873ppm, which is well above the unhealthy threshold (above 1400)

I recently flew from JFK to Rome and brought my CO2 monitor. Sharing for anyone interested. At the airport in less crowded areas, CO2 stayed in a "good" range around 840ppm. But in a short line by security it was up to 1188, considered average. (For context ~420 is fresh air).
