From a baseball / business perspective, it's probably not the smartest thing.

But as a long suffering fan of that franchise, I am absolutely thrilled that one of my all time favorites will (likely) retire a Royal.

Between the start of the Northwestern game and halftime of USC, it seemed like NU had shifted to a game plan of "ride Emmett, and have Dylan make short, safe throws to keep defenses honest".

That seemed to go out the window when Lateef came in.
