Some days I scroll down my BlueSky feed and I get sort of depressed.

Folks better prepare for a bunch of wildly irrational acts by orange Caligula, even for him, on Friday when he doesn't get the Nobel Peace Prize.

I would have liked to have seen "Only Murders in the Building" to the Season 5 conclusion, but more important to cancel Hulu now after Disney/ABC's shameful act of capitulation.

As usual, people on this site are so unfair to our president. He left the meeting today without having given up any U.S. territory, not even Alaska! Even Churchill would be ready to award him the Nobel.

Late to this (thanks NYT), but Larry Ellison's philanthropic interests are "delivering practical solutions to the problems of hunger, healthcare and climate change." Yet he supports the orange Caligula, who undermines all three goals every day in the most destructive possible ways. I don't get it.

JB Pritzker has to become President, just so Oliver Platt can play him in the movie (or at least on SNL).

Just saw a commercial for Swissair, and there's small text at the bottom of the screen noting the airline is a Star Alliance member. But I thought they were supposed to be neutral.

So White Lotus went with the Darth Vader story. Kind of expected something new.

Republicans were conditioned for each stock market plunge, and every other indignity orange Caligula throws their way, when they were hazed to join their fraternities, a la Kevin Bacon in "Animal House": "Thank you, sir. May I have another?"

The thing about the SNL50 show is how have they gotten away with not being all that funny for the last 40 years?

Peacock just sent a peppy "year in review" email with streaming stats on number of hours of programming I watched. Are people so inured to being surveilled now that businesses believe it's wise to advertise it to customers?

Why did "Juror #2" get good reviews? The premise is interesting, for a moment. But there's just no way to ignore all the implausibities.
