While she laid back & was quiet-didn’t stop nyc employees & retirees being forced into Medicare dis-advantage. Unreal. 🤦🏽♀️ 9/11 survivors need their healthcare because they aren’t covered under Zadroga. Managed care prevents them access to manny hospitals and drs that don’t accept it
