At some point if Luka and Lively are your core pieces adding more and more 30 year Olds who make a LOT of money that cap your flexibility as a team isn't the move. It's desperate and maybe now isn't time to be desperate but instead settle into the reality of a lost season.

Imo the worst Star Wars is still the prequels. The Disney era has its lows and they won't ever be as bad as seeing The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones in theaters as a kid who already loved the OT.

I won't defend some of their poorer efforts (Book of Boba Fett, Rise of Skywalker, etc), but there have been A LOT of great stories made since Disney took over the property.

@kingkiblack.bsky.social the pickup game Luka got hurt was at mavs practice before the season it wasn't just a random pickup game. It was a teammate that kicked him.

It's so good this way. I think I effectively am able to just move on from the Star Wars that bored me or I don't think is good, and embrace the Star Wars I enjoy, there's a lot of it guys you can find your own Star Wars without selling people on hating it.

I love basketball. The NBA itself, especially in the regular season can be a chore mostly because of the stoppages, inconsistent and incoherent officiating and replay.
i was over on the other app and i keep noticing people saying they don’t like the nba anymore because of 3-pt shooting and “it’s become a middle class sport”.
