#r4today please stop referring to the Supreme Court ruling as a victory for women. I have been a feminist since the early 1980s and the hateful and ignorant scapegoating of transgender individuals is NOT IN MY NAME. For most women it is a non-issue, and intolerance poisons society for everyone.

#r4today the truth is that trans men and women already limit their lives and particularly trans women will do so even more. The commentaries have pitted imagined and abstract ‘harms’ to women against very real harms to trans women.

#r4today I have heard several commentators say that they would not want their daughter sharing facilities with a trans woman. Would they be happy if she shared changing rooms with a trans man (who well may have had gender reassignment surgery and be physically fully male in appearance)?

#r4today When it comes to gender dysphoria people can and do change their bodies and are certainly not clearly male or female. Trans women would be at risk using male lavatories, changing rooms, hospital wards etc. Not all are 6’ tall or identifiable as trans, but all are vulnerable.

#r4today school biology lessons hopefully teach the basic science that shows that sex is complex and on a continuum. Chromosomal sex is not just X or Y and is also greatly complicated by epigenetics, hormones. Intersex conditions are common.

I'm aware of a guy who came to the US on a student visa, dropped out of school and then worked illegally. Then he started tampering with Federal elections and is griftingthe government for profitable contracts. His name is Elon Musk.

They are in fact the fourth largest party with 85 seats and 11.61% of the vote share. It is a sign of hope that they do so well without media exposure and without the support of oligarchs and foreign powers.

They might as well not exist they appear to be so invisible to broadcasters. Perhaps because Greens don’t fit neatly into left or right boxes they don’t fit the dominant narrative?
