Q1: I’d ask the student to explain their solution (the graph) in words. Hopefully, by saying it out loud, they’ll notice the numbering.
Q2: Can you test a couple of numbers in the region you shaded to see if they work?
Q3: I see that you have –3 as a solution. Please check that.
Etc.
