Canada and Mexico will go into a recession if these tariffs go in place- full stop. That will absolutely cause pain for a lot of people not just in the US.

Except it’s not. The reciprocal tariffs will gut economies around the world, especially our neighbors like Canada. This is terrible. Cheer for stock markets crashing but we will all suffer when the layoffs continue. I hate this and didn’t vote for this
