And I'm still trying to balance my panic and fear with reminders that this is going to be a long struggle and we can't give up. I see this yard sign on my walk every morning, by Panhandle Slim, a wonderful local artist. It's a little corny, but every morning, I remind myself that it's true.

I woke up to the news that the entire 32 members of the Georgia maternal mortality committee had been dismissed because the internal details of two deaths had been leaked. That's the two women who died in Ga because abortion care was withheld until it was too late. I am dismayed and heartsick.
