Osama O. Atallah et al. studied heart rot disease in Egyptian date palms caused by Lasiodiplodia theobromae—bacillus spp. reduced spore germination (80–90%), garlic sap reduced fungal growth by 98.67%, and Trichoderma spp. suppressed disease like fungicides. doi.org/10.1094/PDIS...
