First workout day, and of course, it's an arms day! Personally, I love arm workouts more than any others(except for chest workouts), and it's a shame I can't work out the rest of my body with only them.

First official weigh in, and yeah, I'm a bit on the food-likin side.
Weight, 224 lbs
Height, 170 cm
I will never have the height, but I can be built, so we'll focus on that.

Math day, of course. Planned out my calorie counts and low-calorie meals, then worked on workout planning. Decided on a 5-on 2-off model with weekends off so i can do all my work in the week and have weekends off
