Crockpot turkey thigh, with garlic & white wine (www.thespruceeats.com/crockpot-tur...) Potato Dauphinoise, Vichy carrots, and mixed green veg.
That turkey thigh is so good.
My only criticism is that I would prefer a thicker gravy, but that's just personal preference.

Just an update on how I'm doing.
8 months on from the accident. My leg is still broken.
It's formed a lot of new bone. But as you can see from the latest x-ray. It's not forming in the break itself, so not fusing together...
