As horas extra deveriam ser o que o nome diz... Extraordinárias! No entanto a exceção virou regra. O SNS só funciona neste esquema. Os baixos salários dos profissionais de saúde também ajudaram a perpetuar a dependência das horas extra. Se o governo não repensar vão ser os trabalhadores a decidir
Até agosto os médicos já fizeram 4,34 milhões de horas extra.
Mas os números dos enfermeiros são impressionantes também.
