That's section 3 of a XXI, the engine section, before they fitted the diesels. The final floor of the engine room is at about waist height of that chap. The modular approach was good in concept, but lacking in execution.

I suspect that would limit the number of houses they can squeeze into a development. Which can only be a good thing. for those who don't know, here in the UK PV arrays should be facing south to get maximum exposure to the East-West sun track.

I'll stick to miles per gallon, something my car still tells me. I grew up in the middle of people changing from imperial to metric; I'm an engineer but kilometres mean nothing to me. I can look at an area of land and estimate how many acres it is, but hectares? Not a clue.
