sometimes 6 pillows isn’t enough. Rosa still steals my spot on the couch if I get up for more than .2 seconds, and she looks super smug about it.

now that I’ve been home for a little bit, I think that my favorite part of Japan was the food. There was affordable, high-quality food everywhere I looked.

However, my favorite dish might’ve been this paitan ramen I got at 鳥の穴 (Tori no Ana) in Tokyo.
Delicious-looking paitan (chicken broth) ramen. There are green onions, large pieces of chicken breast, bamboo shoots, and a generous amount of noodles.
