Day 29: Clown. Behold my clownsona. She's got sleepy bitch disease. Let her be cozy in bed forever. Her bit would be falling asleep while helping another clown with their act, thus causing funny things to happen. She looks soooooooo tired. Day 30: Creepypasta. Lilly made that pasta for YOU Dotty! Don't turn your nose up at it! The pasta contains eyeballs instead of meatballs. Lilly proudly tells Dotty that she made it herself. Day 31: Halloween! Tried another pass at that nightmare that Wit had one time, but this time SHE gets the upper hand. Don't worry, Pumpkin head deserves it. I made her up before we got a canon Carnelian in the show, that was an unexpected surprise. :D She kinda looks like a Ruby now though, oh well! Day 21: Animatic (?) I can't make an animatic because I don't have video editing software on my phone. Have a comic instead, featuring two of my OCs that came to me in a dream 10 years ago. Image Description: A four panel comic, taking place in a green jungley environment. Panel one: The two charaters are a young woman and a tall silver robot. The woman is dressed in black and red, with her black hair tied in a ponytail. Her lip is bleeding. She points a lazer gun at something offscreen that we can't see, expression grim. The robot is at her back, facing away from her to cover her 6. He is a silvery color with red pinstriping. He is also missing a chunk out of his head casing, revealing his inner machinery. He's dented too, with carbon scoring, presumably from being shot at. He says to the woman: "The situation looks dire, ma'am." Panel 2: the woman looks down, clicks her tounge in frustration. Panel 3: she glances back at him, shouting "Fine!" Panel 4: this panel shows them running away from something offscreen that is shooting at them with blue lasers. The woman is riding on the back of the robot, providing cover fire. She shouts: "Tactical retreat! " Day 22: Style Experiment. I tried to represent some of my main characters in a more abstract form. Mixed success! Image Description: How does one describe abstract art? Four images of four of my characters, reduced to more simple shapes and imagery. The first one is Fang, who's face has been depicted with trapezoids and squares. Part of her bangs are transparent, showing wavy lines on her forhead to represent her psychic powers. In place of her left eye is the moon, underneath which is her purple mark. The light of the moon washes out the colors of her face and hair. On top of her head, on the left side of her face is a wolf ear. On the right side, where the other ear would be, is a gold tiara. The second one is of Dotty. I've reduced her cat face to a rounded triangle with triangle ears. Her left eye is depicted like her eldrich patron's symbol. Her brown spots have been spread uniformly across her face, but then extend past her outline, thus providing a backround. The white page of the background gradiates into black where, instead of another spot, there is a skull. The third is Sorcha. I simplified her face into circles and curved shapes. To contrast, a spikey green light can be seen coming out from under her eyepatch, symbolizing her magic. Her braid curves around her head, resembling a scorpion tail, but also walling herself off. The fourth is 3L34-N0R. A simplified figure of 3L34-N0R has her arms outstretched, apparently mid jump. A small seed that sprouts in her chest grows up to her head, which has been simplified into a flower shape. Behind her is an egg, the roots from her chest seedling spread to it, looking like the egg is cracking. She's surrounded by a light blue aura. Day 23: Soul Mates. It sucks when the narrative device ships you with someone you hate. ♠️ Image Description: Wit and a fellow who I've not named yet are being squished together by the frame of their comic. Wit is a human with short brown hair, brown eyes, and freckles. She wears a green shirt and black gloves. The guy is Not Human, he wears all black armor and a white mask with three eye holes (two where a human's would be and a third on his forhead) They both look uncomfortable. Wit looks more annoyed, while the fellow looks afraid. He asks her "what is happening?" Cursive text outside the box says "Now kiss." Day 24: Character Redesign. I randomly chose a character from my character reference list and redesigned Zerill. This was needed anyway, because her original deisign and colors were too similar to Fang's ( I was 12 and loved black, red, and purple. Oooh so edgy!) Changing her creature essence from a vampire bat to a fruit bat opened up a lot more interesting design possibilities. Image Description: A woman with brown skin and long brown hair in a ponytail bites into a red apple. She has fruit bat ears instead of human ears. She wears a plaid yellow shirt, rolled up to her elbows, and a long black vest jacket to represent a fruit bat's wings. She wears leather gloves and a magical looking gold bracelet.

Day 17: Selfship. I would date Riebeck. They seem sweet and courteous, and I admire their determination to pursue their passions, even if it's scary for them. They are all leaning against a walkway handrail, happily looking at something below. They are all in godtier attire. Day 19: Meme Redraw TFW your new crew gets your "no arrests" streak broken because you had to save them during Girl's Night. A purple twilek woman in Mandalorian armor stares straight ahead at the camera, pissed off. The other two, a blue togruta and a zabraak nightsister, throw up peace signs and pose happily, clearly not caring that they've been arrested during girl's night. Day 20: Picrew I like playing around with picrews. They remind me of those old CD ROM dressup games. It gets annoying, however, when I have to choose between giving the character freckles or makeup because they've been programmed to the same option tab. Freckles should be part of the skin tab (or perhaps part of its own tab with additional skin patterns like vitiligo), because they're not makeup. They're skin. 🙂 Image description: A drawing depicting the usual picrew dress up game setup. The character being made resembles "me". Day 13: Animal Traits. Like I said in a previous post, a LOT of my characters have an animal that they're associated with. Zil's animal is a Hummingbird! She has grey metal armor on her shoulders, arms, thighs, and legs. The hammer has three emeralds inset along the side of the head. Surrounding the upper part of her body is the image of a hummingbird, made of green energy. Its wings are spread in a way that makes Zil looks like she has wings. Day 14: First OC! Fang is my first OC! She's visually evolved a lot over the years. I think I made her when I was 12, and she was originally a space explorer that was also a werewolf. Now she's still a werewolf, but I'm not sure if she still explores the universe, I'll have to think about it. That's more Wit's story now. I'm not sure what they meant with the original prompt, but on tumblr im putting a sample of my first attempt of writing when i was a kid. Image description: A shitty picture of "me" presenting a spiral notebook that says "My middle school notebook where I tried to write my first story!" Day 16: Reclaimed Insecurity. Was anyone else personally attacked by all the movies and shows made in the 90s and 2000s with "makeovers" that mainly consisted of straightening (and sometimes bleaching) the girl's hair, making her wear contacts, and putting on makeup to cover her freckles or blemishes, thus making her suddenly "beautiful" (and therefore successful and popular) or was it just me? ( It was not just me. I can't believe we made it through being a teen in the 2000s). ANYWAY! Freckles are beautiful! Brown hair is beautiful! Curly or wavy hair is beautiful! Brown eyes are beautiful! Glasses are a disability aid and are also beautiful and shouldn't be restricted to just nerdy or serious characters and maybe don't tell your kids that they'll only be beautiful if they don't wear them! Day 9: Indie Game. For this one, I drew my Fan OCs for the game Outer Wilds! I love that game so much ::D Meet Coal, Moissan, and Sodalite! I haven't posted a lot about them yet, because I'm kinda shy about fan characters (and also I'm still working on that comic). Fun fact: They're all dead by the time the game takes place ::D Image description: Three blue aliens stand in a line, looking at the viewer. They have a humanoid body plan, with slightly pointed skulls in the back. They have four eyes each, two pairs aligned vertically, and are each a different shade of blue with darker blue patterning. They have big, pointed ears and three fingers on each hand. These are Hearthians, like the characters from the game Outer Wilds. The character in the middle is the oldest, being an adult. Their name is Moissan, Mo for short. They wear a plain white tank top, sloppily tucked into their blue jeans. They have an orange bandana wrapped around their forehead. There is an arrow pointing at them that says that "they are a master weaver" and another that says that they are "proud of their apprentices". They are indeed proudly placing a hand on Coal's shoulder, and on top of Sodalite's head. They have a leopard-like spot pattern. The character on the left is younger than Mo, perhaps a teenager, almost an adult. This is Coal. They wear a longsleeve plaid red shirt thats been rolled up to their elbows. Their spot pattern is thick enough to look like stripes. An arrow points to them that informs us that they are "overeager" and "love patterns". The last character, on the right, is the child Hearthian, Sodalite. Soda for short. They look pleased to have Mo pat their head. They wear a dye- stained smock over their green shirt. They have many spots as their skin pattern. An info arrow points to them, informing us that Soda would've invented tye dye when they grew up. this page informs us that these three manufactured and repaired textiles for their fellow Hearthians. Day 10: Unnecessarily Complex. I'm super pissed that I can't get a good photo of this one, because I worked really hard coloring it! 😭 It looks so cool in-person. This 'fits the theme' of "unnecessarily complex" because it has many light sources, complex character outfits, and everyone is at different levels and shit. It took a lot more work than I usually put into a drawing, so at least I got some practice in. Image description: Two half-demon gaaaals! slaying vampires together! 3 feet apart 'cause they Are Gay! It is dark with a full moon. Four figures battle on stone stairs near a forest. Two vampires are cloaked in darkness, silhouettes that hiss at the two women who are fighting them. One woman aims a crossbow with a stake at one of them. She's a black woman, wearing a black coat with many red belts. Her hair is braided back into a pony tail and the ends are dyed purple. You can tell she was originally designed when i was 13, she has that many belts. She also has bat-like wings coming out of her back. She prepares a spell to enhance the stake in her crossbow. The red light of the magic illuminates part of her and her surroundings. The other woman is more clearly a half-demon. She's got red skin, black horns, and black hair that's in one big braid down the back of her head. She wears a puffy white shirt under a brown vest jacket. She has an eyepatch covering her right eye. She wears white gloves and holds a wood stake in her left hand. With her right, she aims a green magic spell at one of the vampires, which illuminates her and her surroundings. Day 11: Crossover. For this one, I chose two questionable scientists meeting for the first time. Now we just need a scientist that does weird shit with fungi. Nothing bad will come of that, I'm sure! Image description: Morgan from the comic SAFFSHIP shakes hands with the Red Medic from the game Team Fortress 2. Morgan says: "I hear you do weird shit with organs!" Medic replies: "I hear you do the same with plants!" Day 12: Vocaloid. Jumping on that Oddly Specific Miku meme, here is Space Coast Tourist Miku. She is waaaaaay too close to the shuttle launch and is now within government property sniper range. Good thing she's a robot. Image description: Hatsune Miku stands in the florida wilderness in the foreground of the picture, pointing with awe at a space shuttle launching behind her in the background. She's rather close to it, apparently having walked through a busted fence that has a sign saying "No Trespassing. DANGER". She's holding up her cellphone in a way that implies she's either livestreaming this or taking a selfie. Her outfit is white, pink, and blue, with a NASA logo on her shirt and accessories that look like planets.

Day 5: Favorite Cliche. That robot's a person! I love stories with robots in them. So much so that I have a lot of OCs who are robots too! This isn't even all of them! They're mostly all posing for the "camera/viewer" From left to right, top to bottom: Sil and Arc, T001-Y, Wallace, 3L34-N0R, Rodger and Ro55, and the tiny one is Iris. Day 6: Musical. I've only watched like maybe 5 musicals in my life, and most of those were community theater. This gave me the opportunity to illustrate that one joke that I made back when some character in Homestuck ( I think either Slick or Crowbar) called pool "Table Stick Ball". The lines are a swap of the ones said in The Music Man. Image description: Three panel comic featuring the midnight crew from Homestuck. Panel 1: Slick angrily tells Droog " We got problems! Right here in Midnight City!" Panel 2: here, Slick is by himself because most of this panel is word balloons. " With a capital 'P' which rhymes with 'T', and that stands for" Panel 3: Slick turns behind him and points accusingly at Boxcars and Deuce, who have a pool table set up. Slick shouts "TABLE STICK BALL!" Day 7: Anime. Weirdly, it was difficult to choose a subject for this day, but then I remembered Speed Racer, and Tally was perfect for it since she also races (motorbikes, but she can have a car for fun.) Image description: A purple elf with black hair and a pink/mauve racer uniform does the Speed Racer pose in front of her car, which is a garishly pink and purple eyesore. Day 8: 'Core Aesthetic. I picked wacky pomo, which I think is also sometimes called kidcore? (Maybe? Idk.) I love the bright colors and funky shapes that come with the style. Very 90's toy store. Image description: An object head character poses with one of her hands making the peace sign. She has one of those electro balls for a head. Her clothes are big, chunky, and brighly colored, but not neon.

Day 1: Overpowered. Zero is currently one of my most overpowered characters. They're so op that they have kind of ejected themself from the story, oops! I'll have to nerf them if I ever want to include them in stuff. Maybe I'll get rid of the time traveling... Fauns in my world are usually on the shorter side, and range in color of brown, grey, umber, green, white, and yellow. Unless you're from a certain mountain range, in which case you have the potential to be any sort of color. And tall. Image description: Three fauns stand in a line. The lady in the center is much taller than the other two. She is a bright periwinkle color, with cotton candy pink and blue hair, which is unusual compared to the other two, who are both shades of green with black hair. Day 3: Chibi. I don't believe I've drawn a chibi since high-school. Micah's cheerful personality matches the cutsie style. As an aside, I found it funny that a game I've played recently has a character with the same name. I named them after that rock too! Image description: A chibi character frollics through a flowery field with birds and butterflies. They have blond hair and wear a purple shirt, brown pants, a black sash, and a long brown sleeveless coat. They have a cheerful expression on their face, complete with blush stickers. Day 4: Fursona. Given the nature of one of my stories, a good portion of my characters aleady have what could be called fursonas. For fun, I picked a character that doesn't, so here's Hazel as an Irish Setter. Image description: A white woman with curly red hair looks to her right. She wears her green and yellow uniform, her hair in a bun. Next to her is her fursona looking to her left. She wears the same uniform, but has the head of an irish setter. The dog is an umber red like the woman's hair.

Someone's been interacting with me via my wplace OC drawing (by us drawing stuff back and forth) and now poor Colin is about get his head blasted by a ufo's lazer beam x'D
A bunch of my ocs as minimalistic pixel sprites. Someone's added three ufo abducting the moon over Fang, so i drew Colin and an amongus riding on them. Now one ufo is firing missiles at Colin's head, so i drew Mirror standing on it and summoning her bats. We'll see what happens next!

On wplace, i Flfound someone in france making the nomai mural from outer wilds. I noticed that the scales didnt have anything on them yet, so i asked the age-old question. (I also helped them with coloring, to be nice)
