Gabbro has two fishing lines duct taped to part of the ship while they relax, legs crossed and arms behind head. Hatchling is struggling with their pole while they try to reel in a red fish that is almost as big as they are. Comments: Among the word prompts supplied, "time buddies" and "fishing" stood out to me, so now they get to have a relaxing loop (or two) fishing off of Gabbro's ship! I like to imagine what sort of sea creatures live on Giant's Deep that we dont get to see. Looks like Hatchy's hooked a big one! I had a lot of fun participating in this event, despite life getting in the way haha. I was able to try a lot of new things with this piece so I'm pleased with the final picture 😊

My first sculpture (college assignment) broke in the move. Ah well, i probably wasn't going to keep her anyway.

Goals for this year:
-continue seeing drs about my stomach condition
-get a computer so that i can finally do digital art again (and open a digital store)
-spend more time with friends (maybe host an event?)
-change jobs
-maybe possibly consider the idea of potentially trying to date again?

If you consider duct tape to be a permanent repair, you may be a Hearthian!

The only time i had cactus problems was one specific hallway. The sound effect of patching yourself up with duct tape was so funny to me that it stuck with me. XD

Solanum and Riebeck standing in the snow, catching snowflakes with their tounges. They're both wearing warm winter clothes. I wish it was winter now! Summers where I live are hot and long 😭 Hal is holding up an artifact to Hatchling while they infodump about Nomai language. Hatchling listens intently while munching on a sandwich. This one is based on an insta reel that i came across recently, of a guy explaining how cool sanskrit nails are to someone who was listening intently while eating a sandwitch. It just screamed Hal and Hatch to me, so that's why this exists. An Owlk holds a chibi Hatchling in their hand. The owlk rubs their chin while thinking hard about what to do with them. The chibi Hatchling has a tiny marshmallow on a stick that theyre trying to roast on a nearby candle, oblivious to the potential danger they're in. Owlks are so TALL next to Hatchling that I feel this small 😂 this pose is a reference to that loony toons dog that had to take care of a teeny kitten.

Panel 3 and 4: hatchling doesnt react to this because presumably Hearthians dont have a loss meme. They read the paper and say "thanks" with a smile. Panel 5: they happily leave the museum, waving goodbye to Hornfels, saying "okay byeeeeeee!" Unaware that the statue has detected them. .....this was all way too much work for a loss meme, but it had to be done. Hearthians use simple lines and dashes for their writing and so...

Every day, god finds a way to punish me for choosing markers as my primary physical medium 😭
My yellow marker has caught some black ink from the lineart, despite my precautions, and now there are two dark streak marks on the page, in the middle of all the yellow.

A ball joint doll shaped like a yellow mermaid. Shes got cute anime eyes and blond hair. The joint at her waist where the human half meets the fish tail is unfortunately very visible when she's not in a sitting position, and so it sort of looks like her pussy is out.

Ignoring the dolls themselves, I'd say this is the best skulltimate series so far, purely from a usefulness standpoint. Kids can store multiple dolls and accessories in these, and it has a handle. AND it uses the least amount of plastic ive seen so far from this series. A step in a better direction.
Monster high Lagoona vacation skultimate case, closed to show front. The case has a plastic frame, filled in by panels of sturdy cardboard. Inside of the case, showing how much space there is for storage when you dont add unnecessary plastic cubbies to everything.
