Here you go, I made the bagels in a breadmaker but they wouldn't be difficult by hand, also I use salted caramel food flavouring for the syrup instead of vanilla as I prefer a caramel latte in the morning!

When I shared with a library customer that I’m into ancient history, she brought in a prehistoric flint hand axe that came up when she was digging her vegetable garden. You can see the two-angled thumb rests they carved out next to my thumb. A thing of wonder!
