My take last year and this year is that Vogt is only as good as his bullpen. Whenever they're pitching out of their minds he looks like a genius when they're not he looks like a scrub (and imo he's closer to the latter)

Not to harp on this but the circa 2010s Rays success that led casual fans to think any prospect is always a better bet than any major league player needs to end immediately man.
