I left my comfort zone and tried out for softball once (many many years ago). The very first ball hit my way, I lost sight of it, started to turn my head away, and it hit me just above the eye. I still have the scar. So, I guess that you could say that I did try? :P

that's true, especially if I was good enough to be paid to be there in the first place.

If I were to be recorded playing ball .. that would be me. Thus, I don't play ball. Or any sports for that matter

wow, so odd. I have two of them with zero issues. I tried a cheaper competitor version that was terrible. I fixed the competitor version good enough and now it stays in our rehearsal space.

I did recently switch to a Neewer NW002-1 stand as it holds all my mic accessories more securely

all too common in todays world of buy&return. I use a Hercules MS401B with a UltiBoomProTB .. years of stage use so far.

Not too sore now. We play same place next Friday.

This is the only 'social media' I use. I visit a couple guitar forums regularly. They could be loosely considered social media, but not accurately.

Still, I'll share a few random things. Nothing to lose by keeping the account, I suppose 😊

I didn't sing but I did use an in-ear monitor just for my mic, I kept it off in the PA. That way I could work on strengthening my voice back up without embarrassing myself.
