I wanted to thank all of you who’ve been responding to, sharing and enjoying the work. It really means a lot.
This is my full-time job and I’ll never take for granted how fortunate I am for it to be so.

Me: Hoo-ee! Alright. Who farted? Raise your hand.

The 3-yr-old quickly raises her hand and enthusiastically announces, "I did!"

We all laugh. I high five her for her honesty. Life is good.

"Two Tickets to Paradise" by Eddie Money was playing in my head while I was putting chicken in the oven, and I accidentally started singing, "two chickens to paradise" 🤦‍♀️😆

It's bitterly cold outside, and I have this crummy crick in my neck, but I'm hoping a warm shower, comfy pjs, and Criminal Minds can save the night.

My cousin's 5-yr-old daughter brought her play doctor's kit to Christmas Eve. She told me I have no front heart, no back heart, and no temperature. Then she asked if I wanted a flu shot. I said no thank you, and she proceeded to give me 10 😭

After talking to a couple of my best friends, I am SO glad I didn't waste my time or money going to our 20th high school reunion this past weekend.
