Quick Update, MLB.TV is back online. I don't know how often there will be streaming issues. So far, first impressions, it's great when it works.

It's sort of available on the CTA Website, but their Service Alerts Twitter/X account usually had more frequent and detailed updates. If a CTA train was standing for a few min., their Service Updates Twitter/account would probably (but not always) say why instead of "waiting for signal clearance".
