Rules and court orders mean absolutely nothing if they are not enforced... Is anything going to change when "we're now 30 days is"? "60 days in"? "365 days in"? Sadly, "Delay, delay, delay" has proven to be a VERY effective legal tactic that no one seems to figure out how to counter.
