Last thing I want to do is lose my patience; she’s only seven. But it’s obnoxious to be asked over and over when I’ve already given a reasonable answer and timeline. She seemed to understand when I explained, so fingers crossed.

So we’ve got a bunch of things to get done and Roblox game-athon may or may not happen. But she’s asking & asking so I took her aside and said we heard her the first time. And gave her an answer. And she needs to stop asking. I explained why it’s important to accept answers when they are given. (2)

It’s brilliant; we got the first one for my oldest for her Christmas Eve book and she devoured it. And laughed and cried— we’re getting the second one today because she has to know what happened.

Right? Each American Girl movie had a different serial killer and it was hard to tell the difference between Kit and Kirsten. Felicity had the best kills, though. Just brutal.
