But... we have fought this and won, not once, but twice. We already know there is no future to this path, only an end.

Sometimes, I feel like we are so busy just trying to treat water that we forget how big everything actually is. The flowers are starting to bloom, but the bees are dying. The weather is better, but the country is becoming worse. Don't get so caught up treading water that you forget to stand up.

Starting bug out bags for my family. Nothing like telling your curious kiddo that you are building them just in case of emergency, so we have everything we need, then forcing a smile and asking him what color he wants. First aid is covered now, and I got the kiddo comfortable with lighting a fire.
