LED TESTER LED TESTER LED TESTER.

I needed to quickly balance the brightness of different colors of LED so I threw this PCB together. Also my first opportunity to learn SMD soldering.

I made a circuit board! It's a quadrature decoder, which means for any quadrature rotation sensor (like the one in the video) it keeps perfect track of the count of turns, in hardware.

what if blinkenlights
