Das ist nur konsequent, denn bisher wurde ja in den allermeisten Fällen auch auf proprietäre Software zurückgegriffen. Wieso sollte man öffentliche Gelder in offenen Code/offene Strukturen stecken wenn man damit auch Großkonzerne füttern kann.
