Also crucial to be mindful of how much food you’re buying/cooking to avoid waste. Not always the easiest, I know, especially if you’re prepping whilst you’re hungry!

Some other things which may be helpful:
-dates and fruit ( I like fruit chaat/salad the best during Ramadan)
-limiting caffeine intake or figuring out what works best for you around your work/academic schedule
-try to get enough protein & keep up with any supplements you need
