And of course the *problem* here is that if Congress is in charge of creating regulatory bodies within the executive branch but the POTUS gets to decide whether those bodies will *do anything* or not, it can no longer be said that Congress has the power to regulate anything. Only the president does.

I blocked Elon so long ago I have no idea what he promises to deliver. I mean why bother? Even with AI stocks and market shuddering Tesla is untouched. What EV sales, Robotaxi, FSD, robots, Mecha Hitler, Mars whatever?
