We live in wild time I tell you. Trump has literally turned a significant portion of liberals into pro-gun, abolish government (e.g. ICE) libertarians. Never thought I'd see the day. Again, I realize Trump has made this easy for them. But these are dark times, so I'll take signs of hopeful change.

New: DHS now says that two weeks of missing surveillance footage from ICE's Broadview Detention center isn't "missing," it was never recorded in the first place and thus can't be produced in an abuse lawsuit. An utter shitshow:

I don't actually believe Trump when he says he isn't going to the superbowl because it's "too far away." I think he isn't going because if they show him on the Big Screen (and they would, he's POTUS) he'll get booed by thousands of people. His ego can't handle that.

Well I would argue the point that republicans were never "staunchly opposed" to any changes in gun regulation. They did in fact support bump stock restrictions during Trump's first term. Certain laws (Republican supported) make it difficult if not impossible for 1/ www.thecanary.co/trending/202...
