One of my peak summer dishes, the grilled chicken Caesar. Chicken was marinated in lemon juice and salt for ~6 hours, seasoned w/fresh cracked black pepper & a garlic rosemary herb blend, & reverse-seared over a mix of regular charcoal and hickory. Served over romaine & a house made Caesar dressing.
