I'm playing Shaman King Master of Spirits and I'm enjoying it so much I might reread the manga.
It's made by Konami, and it plays like an Aria/Ecclesia love child.
It has issues, but it might end up as my second favorite Castlevania on GBA? Harmony is easy to beat but Circle is a tight race.

Game Freak's whack decision to lock the shiny charm behind 1000 battles has made me apply my programming skills to Pokémon.
I puzzled for a while, I think the plan is to make a macro which spams A and periodically holds the trigger then go to one of the early cafes. I wonder how long it will take 🤔

I've been thinking a lot about how the formula of Pokemon Legends Z-A is a pretty solid MMO framework.
The game is relatively small in scope, it has me wondering if it's a testing ground for an online sequel.
The real time boss battles remind me of MMO raids, even down to the fake multiplayer.

I'm loving that if someone doesn't know any better they might think that Bunnelby evolves into Lopunny.

Playing Banjo Nuts & Bolts for the first time and this game kicks ass.
It's still absolutely a Rare collectathon, it's just traded platforming for driving.
Platforming was never what was best about Banjo, it was the world, the characters, the writing and the exploration. They're all still here!

Crossworlds and MKW have great accessibility settings (Auto Accel, etc) which reduce the pain when playing the games with RSI.
For some reason these settings are disabled in Time Trial.
To help myself in Sonic a friend and I made a hack that supports accessibility settings in Time Trial.

While working on a mod to disable the Team Blast cut scene in Sonic Heroes I accidentally enabled infinite team rose cutscene instead.

I'm working on a mod for Sonic Forever I'm calling "Sonic Forever: MeMix". I'm intending to fix up all the stuff that kind of bothers me (but probably no one else) about Sonic 1.

While replaying Sonic Adventure I realized that Tails is in the game in order to open your 3rd eye.
It isn't obvious when playing as Sonic how open the levels are.
Tails is the designers saying: "We won't stop you from destroying these levels. Look how lame Sonic is when he plays by the rules."

I'm playing Sonic Riders and it's wild how much it captures the spirit of 3D Sonic.
The first few hours are filled with trial and error, showing off all its rough edges and jank. Through replay it becomes an amazing showcase of routing and execution.
I think it may be my fav Sonic racing game!

I've been playing some racing games post Mario Kart World and I keep finding myself pressing down on the d-pad to rewind whenever I make a mistake.
