my dialectical take: 1) Adorno's analogy is basically apt, but 2) I think the analogy actually does the opposite of what he wants—why shouldn't a media studies scholar become a radio technician?

what insistence? who was insisting? the decentralization point is salient, but frequently people neglect that the 2020 problem had much more to do with coordination than strategy
