The Yeas on cloture give the rest of the caucus cover to vote Nay. The Yeas weather the voter outrage, the Nays point out they voted against it. But given the grievous nature of the CR, if the Nays were serious, they'd have the numbers to remove Schumer from leader. If they don't, they're complicit.

From the current Dem reaction it seems like they are just going to completely capitulate to Trump and the Republican whims, at least until their ass is the one getting vanned.
