It’s grief, and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. The stages and symptoms (if they can be called that) are exactly the same as for a human - let yourselves grieve, and plenty of self care, whatever that needs to look like x

I’m so sorry to read this - we lost this one a few weeks ago, just months after her sister, so I know exactly what you’re feeling. It’s heartbreaking and crushing
