And no, you don't need a fancy machine to make great espresso. I bought Modbar AV heads for my shop, but my Nomad makes shots that are just as good. How? The beans, plus being Specialty Coffee Association–trained. PT's Flying Monkey can make up for many sins committed by the uninitiated.
