Found a nice "average" game. Even then, I can see a lovely plot for the game, the season's plotline for both teams, injured players (Mantle's broken foot), names that have done or will go on to big things. It all speaks to something I love; Baseball is about the long game, but every moment counts.

"Resident Alien" stuck the landing, Really good final episode, just enough threads left hanging to feel "life goes on" (and provide AO3 with some fuel), yet the key plotlines, themes, and messages all arrive at a natural point to close the story out. Congrats.

It's almost like OpenAI and Sora think that the awesome power and flexibility and the ability to save mankind (probably) isn't attractive enough to offer "opt-in"

One advantage the upcoming podcast Fired Force Five is, of course, the open nature of RSS distribution.
Been a while since I recorded a "test/pilot" podcast episode. Ten minutes bringing together all the concepts sketched out so far, now quietly gathering opinions from those who do sports, history, and old-time radio (nudge me if you think that's you). Off to take more notes on Lindsay Nelson's style.
