My “med bed” makes my life better. It is a miracle of science.

I went running the other day along the Hudson River on a path between Green Island and Van Schaick Island. The trail is on on 19th century railroad track. It was new to me. What I really loved was hearing the very distinctive cry of a red tail hawk while running.
