Is #Evri the worst delivery company on the planet? Three parcels delivered two weeks before Christmas and they’ve managed to screw up all three still not delivered it’s utterly pathetic.

Once again. A calamitous day for my #Evri delivery. Was informed it was coming yesterday but didn’t turn up. Then today they informed me it would be with me between 10.30 and 12.30. At 1pm they emailed me to say he was running a little late but was still out for delivery. Here we are 7pm no parcel

Give. Me. Strength. The order for which I paid a considerable (to me) sum for Next (working) Day delivery failed to turn up yesterday. Have just been informed is “at our delivery partner hub but is delayed”. SPOKEN TO A REAL PERSON & seems company believes it will arrive tomorrow. No chance. #Evri

Another terrible experience with #Evri - they really are appalling. They’re rubbish couriers and liars too. Wish companies would stop using them until they improve.

Youre a bit late for your Bs customer service, you already had that opportunity and totally failed and cost me a shit load of time and money. I now enquire with companies if they use you and if they do i refuse to buy and it's really cut down on my spending.

That’s very kind of you, but I’ve had so many issues with Evri that I now try and avoid using retailers who have you as a delivery partner. I just chose poorly in this particular instance.

Not one delivery goes smoothly. They told me they had to return another item as had been in their system longer than the service level agreement allows.
Which is not my fault!

#evri really is fucking useless. It apparently delivered my package which is nowhere to be seen. But don’t worry, they sent photographic proof of delivery.

Pretty much my only New Year’s resolution: if I order something and the company uses Evri to deliver it, that becomes the last order I ever place with them #evri

What a shocker #Evri delivered my parcel to the wrong address and now it's been stolen.
I can totally afford to lose money on a stolen Christmas present.
Evri are completely shite and I'm fuming

#Evri are criminal. The last two parcels that should have been delivered were both confirmed stolen by the driver. I will NEVER buy from a company that uses them and only ever buy online as an absolute last resort. We’re worth more than the awful service we get. Go and support your local shops
